There are several ways to transmit digitally to us

Adstream and Adsend give you the ability to create advertisements that are pre and post flight-checked to ensure they pass through extensive PostScript checks.
When the file passes through the checks and is correct to Time Out specs, it is released and Time Out receives the file via Adstream or Adsend VPN.
With these checks, you are assured that any file sent this way will meet the full mechanical specifications of Time Out before the file leaves your production department.

Proof: A digital proof is required for all colour advertisements.
In certain cases we can make up artwork from copy supplied. No liability can be accepted for these advertisements as to layout or reproduction from material supplied. Extra charges for this may be incurred and we suggest that where possible advertisers use the services of an outside company to provide artwork to their exact requirements.
If ads are supplied in editable file formats, such as Quark Xpress, open files, the client may be liable for charges incurred in converting the file for production and Time Out may insist on client approval of a proof before publication.
Deadline for advertisement delivery is Thursday the week prior to publication unless otherwise informed (e.g. Bank Holiday schedules).
